Manchester - Manchester City claimed the system pages of the official website has been hacked so it could show the video of Eliaquim Mangala's recruitment, although the transfer has not been completed yet.
Mangala is already very widely associated with the City which reportedly poured 32 million pounds to get 23-year-old Frenchman's international players.
