Liverpool - Everton is now fully owns Romelu Lukaku. To bring the striker that belongs to Chelsea , the Toffees have to break their own transfer's record.

The costs that required to bring Lukaku to Everton Goodison Park is at 28 million pounds, or approximately USD 548.6 billion. The number of the Everton's transfer record previously held by Marouane Fellaini, which is valued at 15 million pounds when brought from Standard Liege in 2008.

In his status as a loan player from Chelsea, last season Lukaku had scored 15 goals in 31 Premier League games with Everton. While previous season he was also very impressive in the borrowing period at West Bromwich Albion after making 17 goals from 35 matches.

Already as entirely Everton's player, 21 years striker was tied up with five years contract duration.

"This purchase is not only important for this season. This is a historic day for the club," said manager Roberto Martinez at the BBC.

"We know that Romelu is young and has a unique potential. We really want to see him enjoy football and watch the boy as a footballer in the next few years," said Martinez.

Lukaku bought by Chelsea from Anderlecht in 2011 with the official 18 million poudsterling. But until he finally decide to move to Everton he only played 15 times for the Blues in the Premier League.

"I was only 21 years old and I need to play in a good team. I need to be in a place where I feel good. Quickly I decided that I wanted to go back (to Everton). Here is where I should be," said Lukaku.
